This is a super fun and playful class that meets children where they are.  Together, we will practice the foundations of breathing, yoga poses, and mindfulness in an engaging, creatively fun class.  Watch loved ones giggle, sing, and dance their way through yoga. There are ZERO expectations that children are able to sit still, be quiet, or stay on their mat. Remember - all classes are judgement free! Come proudly as you are - even if the baby is screaming and you’re covered in unknown bodily fluids.

• Thursdays 10:30-11:15am  — 5 class pack $100
  (June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15, July 22)

• Saturdays 10-10:45am — single class $25
  (June 12th; July 10th; July 17th + more TBA)
