Reiki is a style of energy healing that promotes deep healing of the mental, emotional, physical, and energy bodies. Level 1 Reiki Training is for self-healing.

Reiki classes are open to all. The only prerequisite is an open mind and a desire for self-care.

Benefits of self-reiki include: releasing negative or stuck energy; restoring balance to the body’s energy centers (chakras); assisting to relieve stress, agitation, and reducing pain; opens and expands intuition.
